Industrial Safety & Security Services — 24/7 Onsite Coverage

Safety.
Security.
First Aid.
On Site 24/7.

Leviathan provides 24/7 on site safety, security, and first aid services. Leviathan comes equipt with a multi-purpose trailer that functions as a sterile first aid room, security office, and a personal dwelling for the operator to guarantee full coverage.

01 — The Gap

Shift changes are where coverage breaks down

A typical site staffs safety, first aid, and security as three separate contracts, on three separate schedules. Coverage gaps open at shift change, over lunch, and every night once the day crew drives home. Whatever happens on site between 6pm and 6am waits for someone to notice it in the morning.

Leviathan closes that gap by not leaving. The operator lives on site for the length of the engagement — one person, one continuous presence, one point of contact for supervision, first aid, documentation, and — once security-licensed — patrol and watch duties.

02 — The Residency

Built to live on your site, not just visit it

A dual-entry camper serves as the operational base: a sterile first aid room with its own separate door, and self-contained living and office quarters. The unit stays parked for the length of the job — no commute, no downtime between shifts.

Presence
Continuous. The operator does not leave site during a coverage period — coverage is measured in days on site, not shift hours.
Overnight
Emergency standby with radio monitoring from the camper; operator responds directly to incidents raised on site.
Servicing
Weekly pump-out is typically absorbed by the contractor's own waste service, since those trucks already route through site.
Access
Two separate entries keep first aid traffic away from living and office space at all times.
03 — Coverage

What's on site, in one contract

Everything below is provided under current certification. Security duties are added once the BC Security Worker License is in hand — the operator is actively working toward it now.

02

Advanced first aid coverage

Advanced First Aid (BC Level 3 equivalent) response, based out of the camper's dedicated sterile first aid room.

Security Upon BC Security Worker License

10

Site patrols

11

Watchperson duties

Formal watchperson responsibilities alongside existing safety and first aid coverage.

04 — Operating Models

Solo residency, or a hybrid team

Two ways to structure coverage, depending on the site's risk profile and whether overnight patrols are required in addition to standby.

Solo Residency

One operator, on site full time — daytime safety and first aid, overnight standby, all documentation.

$1,500–$1,800 / day
  • Daytime safety supervision & first aid
  • Toolbox talks, orientations, WHMIS refreshers
  • Hazard assessments & documentation
  • Overnight standby with radio monitoring
  • Single point of contact, no handoffs

Hybrid Team

Operator covers days and overnight standby; a licensed security guard is brought on for active nighttime patrols.

$2,200–$3,000 / day
  • Everything in Solo Residency
  • Dedicated overnight security guard
  • Active nighttime patrol coverage
  • Higher-risk or higher-value site profile
  • Two-person coverage with a single administrator
05 — Credentials

Certified, and actively advancing

Current certifications in hand, plus the two credentials in progress that will extend Leviathan's coverage into full security duties.

Held

Advanced First Aid — BC Level 3 equivalent

Covers the on-site medical response provided from the camper's sterile first aid room.
